From the fifth century, war scars that are constant western China. To flee death, Ti jumps through a crevice at the Zu mountains where he meets and becomes the apprentice of Ting Yin, a spiritual man having fighting powers. They run into a monk, Hsiao Yu, plus a fighter and a person, but unfriendly to Ting. Because Ting and Hsiao cannot come together, it drops to Ti to team with Hsiao's acolyte Yi Chen: they have 49 days to visit far to maintain two blades which will be the only weapons which could conquer the Blood Demon, who has decided the wreak chaos in the whole world. They get help from Long Brows, Ting falls deeply in love and civil war still rages.
