In this beautiful animated tale, Pardon-me Pete (Buddy Hackett), the official groundhog of Groundhog Day, tells the story of Jack Frost, that falls deeply in love with a gorgeous young woman and begs Father Winter to make him person so that she is able to see him. His request is allowed, but only on the condition that by the spring he's got a house, a bag of stone, a horse and a wife--a tall arrangement! However, Jack finds that life as a person is more complicated then he thought. Is kidnapped by the Cossack who is currently not threatening to destroy the town.
